    Brigadier General Joseph R. Baldwin relinquishes his command of the Arizona Army National Guard to Brig. Gen. Lonnie J. Branum with the passing of the Organizational Colors during a change of command ceremony at Papago Park Military Reservation in Phoenix, June 6, 2021. Branum is a Phoenix native who has been serving in the Arizona Army National Guard since 1982 and has held command of the 850th Military Police Company as well as the 158th Mobility Enhancement Brigade, and most recently served as the Deputy Adjutant General. “Thank you for your continued trust and confidence in me to be able to lead and serve in the organization and serve the Soldiers of the Arizona Army National Guard and continue to serve the Soldiers.”
