Tech. Sgt. Lawrence Mark, an aeromedical evacuation technician assigned to the 445th Airlift Wing at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton, Ohio, walks from a C-17 Globemaster III, assigned to Joint Base Mcguire-Dix-Lakehurst, to meet with rescue crews, before they begin offloading patients during an exercise at the 180FW in Swanton, Ohio, April 28, 2021. The exercise was part of Ultimate Caduceus, an annual patient movement exercise designed to test the ability of U.S. Transportation Command to provide medical evacuation; 180FW firefighters assisted in offloading patients for medical transport to local hospitals.
