Robert B. Abrams at the unit's change of command ceremony held at the Paik Auditorium in the Vessey Complex on Camp Humphreys, South Korea, June 23, 2021. U.S. Air Force Maj. Gen. Michael E. Martin, took command of SOCKOR during the ceremony becoming the 18th commander in the unit's 32-year history and will be joined by U.S. Army Command Sgt. Maj. JoAnn Naumann, the unit's 13th senior enlisted leader, who took responsibility from outgoing SEL U.S. Navy Command Master Chief Stephen D. White in a ceremony held June 22, 2021.
