U.S. Army Brig. Gen. Otto K. Liller, outgoing Special Operations Command Korea commander, transfers the unit guidon to United Nations Command, Combined Forces Command and U.S. Forces Korea Commander U.S. Army Gen. Robert B. Abrams, signifying the relinquishment of command during the SOCKOR Change of Command ceremony held at the Paik Auditorium in the Vessey Complex on Camp Humphreys, South Korea, June 23, 2021. Liller was the unit's 17th commander and served from June 2019 to June 2021 and will return to U.S. Special Operations Command headquarters in Tampa, Fla., to retirement.
