CAMP LEMONNIER, Djibouti (June 11, 2021) U.S. Army Staff Sgt Tyler Stanton, from Conneaut Lake, Penn., with the Corps. Of Engineers 377th Engineer Vertical Construction Company (EVCC), presents a ceremonial archway to the unit. He designed and built it with his squad with the intent that it be used for Non-Commissioned Officer promotion ceremonies. Camp Lemonnier is an operational installation that enables U.S., allied and partner nation forces to be where and when they are needed to ensure security in Europe, Africa and Southwest Asia.
