    Electronics Technician 2nd Class Joseph Rogers, from Leavenworth, Kan., assigned to the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76), measures a sailor's height during a body composition assessment for the Navy's biannual physical readiness test. The PRT is conducted to ensure sailors maintain physical readiness.
