SUBIC BAY, Philippines – Green Berets with 1st Special Forces Group (Airborne), alongside the Philippine National Police Special Action Force (PNPSAF), carry out a visit, board, search and seizure of a vessel on the Subic Bay during the annual Philippine National Police Special Action Force Simulated Exercise, June 2021. The exercise evaluated the PNPSAF’s capabilities while conducting crisis response, direct action and hostage rescue missions in complex environments and continues to foster the PNPSAF as a premier counter-terrorism unit in the Philippines.
