SUBIC BAY, Philippines – Philippine National Police Special Action Force lower a notional casualty onto a rescue boat in Subic Bay, Philippines June 21, 2021 during their annual validation exercise which was observed by Green Berets with 1st Special Forces Group (Airborne). This exercise tested the PNPSAF’S ability to conduct crisis response, direct action and hostage rescue missions in complex urban environments.
