U.S. Marine Capt. Keith Luzbetak, of Stafford, Va., watches as a Mine Resistant Ambush Protected armored vehicle moves into position to drive off the ship that delivered the MRAPs to a port in Kuwait , Nov. 25. The MRAPs, the first to be delivered by ship, will be taken to U.S. Marines fighting in Iraq. The MRAPs have proven capabilities to reduce combat deaths and casualties associated with roadside bombs.
