Norfolk, Va. (July 15, 2021) – Joint Force Command (JFC) Norfolk declared full operational capability during a ceremony aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Kearsarge (LHD 3) on July 15. JFC Norfolk stands as an operational embodiment of the Trans-Atlantic Bridge. JFC Norfolk will continue to maintain security of the strategic lines of communication between Europe and North America and provide deterrence to any potential adversary.
