    Norfolk, Va. (July 15, 2021) – Command Master Chief Huben Phillips, Senior Enlisted Leader, Joint Force Command (JFC) Norfolk, parades the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (NATO) flag during the JFC Norfolk Full Operational Capability ceremony aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Kearsarge (LHD 3). JFC Norfolk declared full operational capability during a ceremony on July 15. JFC Norfolk stands as an operational embodiment of the Trans-Atlantic Bridge. JFC Norfolk will continue to maintain security of the strategic lines of communication between Europe and North America and provide deterrence to any potential adversary.
