Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Southeast awarded the $359.7 million Phase B contract on Jan. 8, 2020 and it is scheduled to be completed by Oct. 2022. The Kings Bay Dry Dock Recapitalization project will directly support the Navy’s next generation of ballistic-missile submarines upon completion in July 2023.
