172nd Airlift Wing Chaplain Maj. Caleb Clark provides spiritual counseling to members of the 172nd Airlift Wing in advance of a flight mission during annual training at Muniz Air National Guard Base, Carolina, Puerto Rico, June 22, 2021. Members of the 172nd AW, including personnel from the wing staff, the 183rd Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron and the 172nd Maintenance Group, leveraged the annual training schedule to prepare for real-world tasking. Military chaplains deploy anywhere air operations occur in support of the full range of military operations, humanitarian assistance and disaster response.
