Lt. Col. Michael R. Waterman, the off-going commanding officer of Marine All Weather Fighter Attack Training Squadron 121, passes the squadron’s colors to the on-coming commanding officer, Lt. Col. Jeffrey B. Scott during a change of command ceremony aboard Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., Sept. 28. The passing of the colors is the tradition of Waterman relinquishing his duties to Scott.
