Haney, the sergeant major of Marine All Weather Fighter Attack Squadron 121 passes the colors to the on-coming and off-going commanding officers, during a change of command ceremony aboard Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., Sept. 28. During the ceremony, Lt. Col. Michael R. Waterman, the off-going commanding officer relinquished his duties to Lt. Col. Jeffrey B. Scott.
