A Border Patrol Agent salutes during the raising of the U.S. Flag as part of the Sept. 18 dedication ceremony of the Brian A. A Terry Border Patrol Station in Bisbee, Ariz. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Los Angeles District built the station which was named for the Border Patrol Agent killed in the line of duty Dec. 15, 2010.
