U.S. Representative Darrell Issa (center) cuts the ribbon to symbolically open the Brian A Terry Border Patrol Station in Bisbee, Ariz. following a dedication ceremony Sept. 18. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Los Angeles District constructed the station which was named for the Border Patrol Agent killed in the line of duty Dec. 15, 2010.
