U.S. Navy STS3 Matthew Kellog explains how the USS Frank Cable submarine dives during a tour for U.S. Marines in Subic Bay, Republic of the Philippines, Sept. 10, 2012. The Marines assigned to III MEF were able to tour the USS Frank Cable while preparing for the Amphibious Exercise. PHIBLEX is a bilateral training exercise conducted annually in the Republic of the Philippines to enhance amphibious readiness of both militaries and strengthen interoperability between the Philippine and U.S. government.
