U.S. Army National Guard Staff Sgt. Miranda Smith, with the 347th Regional Support Group Headquarters and Headquarters Company meets with an opposing force leader in a simulated key leader talk during a mounted patrol at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin on Aug. 13, 2021. The particular exercise was a part of Combat Support Training Exercise (CSTX), a reserve training exercise that evalutes and builds soldier readiness, lethality as well as increasing modernization efforts.
