210812-N-EV253-1277 SAN DIEGO (Aug. 12, 2021) – Capt. William Eastham, outgoing commanding officer of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 3, passes through side-boys following a change of command ceremony for the squadron held on Naval Air Station (NAS) North Island in Coronado, California, Aug 12. During the ceremony, Cmdr. Loren Jacobi relieved Eastham as commanding officer of HSC-3. HSC-3 is the Navy’s West Coast MH-60S fleet replacement squadron, responsible for training pilots and aircrewmen by providing the most capable warfighters to the fleet.
