Sarah Hull, a critical care clinical nurse specialist with Naval Medical Readiness and Training Command, works in a COVID-19 ward in Ochsner Lafayette General Medical Center at Lafayette, Louisiana on Sept. 2, 2021. The DoD-joint medical support team features Navy and Army Troops who deploy to COVID hotspots across the U.S. at the request of FEMA or other lead-federal agencies.
