Col. Jessie Griffith accepts the 418th Contracting Support Brigade colors from Brig. Gen. Douglas Lowrey during a change of command ceremony Aug. 27 at Fort Hood, Texas. Griffith assumed command of the brigade from Col. Joel Greer during the ceremony officiated by Lowrey, the commanding general for the Mission and Installation Contracting Command. The 418th CSB is one of two contracting brigades subordinate to the MICC.
