Cruzchavez, transmission system operator for Company Echo, participates in her promotion ceremony, at The Basic School aboard Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia, Sept. 1, 2021. Cruzchavez was promoted by the Honorable Carlos Del Toro, Secretary of the Navy.
