CAMP LEMONNIER, Djibouti (September 11, 2021) U.S. Navy Chief Equipment Operator Reynaldo Gallegos volunteers to read part of the 2,977 victims’ names of the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks. Service members took turns reading names of those lost in the terrorist attacks. Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti (CLDJ) serves as an expeditionary base for U.S. military forces providing support to ships, aircraft and personnel that ensure security throughout Europe, Africa and Southwest Asia.
