Soldiers with 1st Squadron, 91st Cavalry Regiment, 173rd Infantry Brigade Combat Team (Airborne) parachute to the ground at U.S. Army Garrison Grafenwöhr Training Area, Germany. Chief Warrant Officer 2 Erin Allen, a pilot with 2nd General Support Aviation Battalion, 1st Aviation Regiment “Fighting Eagles,” 1st Aviation Combat Brigade, and other pilots were qualifying on static-line operations June 9, 15 and 16, 2021 during their deployment as a rotational force to Europe in support of Atlantic Resolve. Rotational forces conduct rigorous training in realistic training environments with NATO allies and partners to ensure they are ready and lethal.
