210908-N-ML137-1168 KEKAHA, Hawaii (Sept. 8, 2021) — An F-22 Raptor stationed at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam launches from the flight line of Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF), Barking Sands during a forward area and refueling point exercise. The training operation was part of the Agile Combat Employment concept in which forces deploy, operate and disperse from not-normally operated locations. PMRF is the world’s largest instrumented multi-environment range capable of supporting surface, subsurface, air and space operations simultaneously.
