U.S. Navy Boatswain's Mate 3rd Class Fernando Rivera, with Beach Master Unit 2, Surface/Air Warfare, stands by in the guiding of the Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC) for the Capital Shield Exercise on Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia, Sept. 24, 2021.
