Maj. Gen. Michel M. Russell Sr., the 1st Theater Sustainment Command commanding general, pats the right shoulder of Capt. Thomas Wisniewski, a military justice advisor, 1st TSC, after presenting the captain with the 1st TSC combat patch during a ceremony that took place Sept. 23, 2021 at the 1st TSC’s operational command post at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. Russell said a Soldier never forgets the feeling of pride when they first don the right sleeve insignia, which signifies the Soldier's unit deployed to a combat zone. Wisniewski recently traveled to Erbil, Iraq, to support units assigned to the 1st TSC.
