Two officers assigned to the 1st Theater Sustainment Command, Capt. Thomas Wisniewski, a military justice advisor, and Capt. Matthew Cabrera, a plans officer, proudly show off their their 1st TSC combat patches, which were just presented to them by Maj. Gen. Michel M. Russell Sr., the 1st Theater Sustainment Command commanding general, during a ceremony at the 1st TSC’s operational Command post at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, Sept. 23, 2021. The two captains earned their right sleeve insignia after they traveled to Erbil, Iraq, which is designated as part of the Syrian-Iraqi theater and combat zone.
