U.S. Marine Corps Lt. Col. Nathan Harvey affirms his oath led by Col. Todd Manyx, Commanding Officer of the Marine Corps Information Operations Center (MCIOC), officiating his promotion ceremony at the U.S. Marine Corps War Memorial, Arlington, VA, Sept. 10, 2021. Lt. Col. Harvey will be assuming the role of operations officer for MCIOC. The MCIOC provides operational support to the Marine Forces (MARFOR) and to the Marine Air Ground Task Force and provides operations in the information environment (OIE) subject matter expertise in support of the USMC OIE advocate in order to enable the effective integration of OIE into Marine Corps operations.
