Medical response team service members assigned to Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command listen to a joint reception, staging, onward movement and integration brief at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center during the COVID response operations in Spokane, Washington, Oct. 17, 2021. The Department of Defense personnel were informed of contacts, purpose and overall mission. Military personnel assigned to NMRTC deployed from Bremerton, Washington, San Diego, Camp Pendleton, California and Palm Springs, California, in support of the continued Department of Defense COVID response operations to help communities in need.
