David Hawkins and his nine year old nephew Eli study a map of the designated hunting area prior to heading out for Hugo's 1st hunt of the 2021 season. The hunt is held annually in conjunction with the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife's hunt. Harvesting the deer helps control the population in support of their wildlife management mission.
