Hugo Lake Park Ranger, Tommy Kuffler, charts out the hunting area in conjunction with safety protocol during the pre hunt safety meeting. The hunt is held annually in conjunction with the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife's hunt. Harvesting the deer helps control the population in support of their wildlife management mission.
