Providence Caregiver Health Services staff and U.S. Navy medical professionals assigned to Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command gather and run ICU rounds during patient care at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center as part of the COVID response operations in Spokane, Washington, Oct. 19, 2021. The ICU team reviewed and communicated care plans for critically ill patients. Sailors assigned to Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command deployed from California and Washington in support of the continued Department of Defense COVID response operations to help communities in need. U.S. Northern Command, through U.S. Army North, remains committed to providing flexible Department of Defense support to the whole-of-government COVID response.
