U.S. Army Cpt. Kevin Lee, a Military Justice Advisor at the Office of the Staff Judge Advocate (OSJA), assigned to the 7th Army Training Command (7th ATC) speaks about the Law of Armed Conflict to Law Students and Professors at the University of Passau Oct. 20, 2021, Passau, Germany. Lee further discussed the legal principles embedded in the Law of Armed Conflict as well as explained how it is put to use. Members of OSJA spoke at the University of Passau in order to understand both U.S. Army Law and German Law to coordinate effectively and efficiently in the future and shared endeavors.
