Mr. Bradley Huestis, a Senior Civilian Attorney at the Office of the Staff Judge Advocate, with the 7th Army Training Command speaks about the Rules of Engagement (ROE) and the Law of Armed Conflict (LOAC)to students and professors at the University of Passau Oct. 20, 2021, Passau, Germany. Huestis then went on to exemplify the importance of a Soldier’s proper training in order of being able to adhere to ROE’s and the LOAC in an actual situation of combat. Members of OSJA spoke at the University of Passau in order to understand both U.S. Army Law and German Law to coordinate effectively and efficiently in the future and shared endeavors.
