John Cooper, a forward observer with 2d Battalion, 8th Marines, uses the common laser range finder to observe targets during Fire Support Coordination Exercise as part of Fuji Viper 22.1 at Combined Arms Training Center, Camp Fuji, Japan, Oct. 27, 2021.
