Rex Mongrain, a field radio operator assigned to the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit, and members of the Royal Naval Forces hold security after securing an objective during a simulated amphibious assault as part of exercise Indigo Defender 21 at Jazirat al Ghurab Island, Saudi Arabia, Oct. 21. Indigo Defender 21 is a capstone bilateral maritime exercise between Royal Saudi Naval Forces and U.S. Naval Forces Central Command to enhance interoperability and strengthen our capacity to maintain regional maritime security and stability.
