City of Schertz Mayor Ralph Gutierrez, is interviewed about the Intergovernmental Support Agreement (IGSA) between the City of Schertz emergency medical services and Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Nov. 8, 2021. The City of Schertz EMS is providing emergency services on JBSA-Randolph with a crew and ambulance stationed on the installation. Gutierrez, along with Brig. Gen.
