Brig. Gen. Caroline Miller, 502d Air Base Wing and Joint Base San Antonio commander, is interviewed about the Intergovernmental Support Agreement (IGSA) between the City of Schertz emergency medical services and Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Nov. 8, 2021. The city of Schertz EMS is providing emergency services on JBSA-Randolph with a crew and ambulance stationed on the installation.
