The top of the snowtubing hill is shown Oct. 28, 2021, at Whitetail Ridge Ski Area at Fort McCoy, Wis. The hill received a landscaping upgrade in late summer/early fall at Fort McCoy to improve the recreational experience at the hill and the ski area overall.
