Sailors with the U.S. Pacific Fleet color guard present the colors during the playing of the National Anthem at the 2021 Navy League Sea Service Awards luncheon at the Pacific Fleet Museum Bowfin Lanai, Honolulu, Hawaii Nov. 18, 2021. Each year the Honolulu Council of the Navy League recognizes the outstanding achievements of 50 junior officers and junior enlisted U.S. service members from the Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard stationed in Hawaii. The awardees receive these awards based on exemplary performance of duties, individual achievement, excellence in leadership, and participation in community activities.
