Land-class submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40), discusses the exercise involving the Soryu-class submarine JS Sekiryu (SS 508) and Frank Cable to Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force (JMSDF) sailors assigned to Sekiryu, Nov. 24.
