Western Hemisphere institute for Security Cooperation Commandant, COL John D Suggs Jr, address the volunteers who gathered at the beginning of the 2021 WHINSEC ToyWalk. Participants brought gifts for those less fortunate to Fort Benning Santa's Castle. Established in 1986, Santa's Castle provides toys to the children of Fort Benning Soldiers who are facing financial hardship at Christmas. Organized by the WHINSEC Chaplain, Major Jorge H. Budez, and the Headquarters and Headquarters Company the Toy Walk yielded a donation of 184 toys.
