Western Hemisphere institute for Security Cooperation volunteers bring gifts for those less fortunate to Fort Benning Santa's Castle. Established in 1986, Santa's Castle provides toys to the children of Fort Benning Soldiers who are facing financial hardship at Christmas. Organized by the WHINSEC Chaplain, Major Jorge H. Budez, and the Headquarters and Headquarters Company the Toy Walk yielded a donation of 184 toys.
