Sgt. Kevin Eckelberg with the Directorate of Emergency Services Police Department receives a Commander's Coin of Excellence on Dec. 2, 2021, from Fort McCoy (Wis.) Garrison Commander Col. Michael Poss as part of the Garrison Command Team who presented the coin for being selected to the fiscal year 2022 Defense Civilian Emerging Leaders Program (DCLEP).
