Lt. Benjamin Finn and Sgt. Kevin Eckelberg with the Fort McCoy (Wis.) Directorate of Emergency Services Police Department are recognized Dec. 2, 2021, by Garrison Commander Col. Michael Poss as part of the Garrison Command Team who presented the officers with a Commander’s Coin of Excellence for being selected to the fiscal year 2022 Defense Civilian Emerging Leaders Program (DCLEP). DCLEP is the premier Department of Defense leader development program for civilians who are GS-07 to GS-12.
