Reginald Trevino, a physician assigned to Madigan Army Medical Center, updates medical charts after seeing patients at Spectrum Health Blodgett Hospital in Grand Rapids, Dec. 6, 2021. Medical charts allow doctors to document treatments given to a patient. The medical response team deployed in support of the continued Department of Defense COVID response operations to help communities in need.
