McGee departed JBA to Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Texas for his 102nd birthday celebration. McGee earned his Tuskegee Airman pilot wings in 1943 and flew in 37 different aircraft, including the infamous Red Tails P-51 Mustang, and conducted 409 combat missions during WWII, Korea and Vietnam.
