Congressman and Army veteran Greg Steube speaks with Col. Andrew Kelly after renaming the Moore Haven Lock and Dam in honor of FWC Officer Julian Keen. Rep. Stuebe was one of the Florida congressmen who proposed to the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure requesting this language be included as part of the Water Resources and Development Act (WRDA) of 2020. The Moore Haven Lock and Dam was renamed on June 18, 2021, to the Julian Keen, Jr. Lock and Dam to honor the fallen Florida Fish and Wildlife Officer.
